Prime Energy Garcina I was charge almost $200 for 2 bottles of pills. Fountain Valley California
I found the ad for their pills on the internet, sounded good and $5.97 for the pills. I signed up for them and of course I did not see or read the entire terms and conditions......stating had to cancel within 14 days or would be charged almost $200 for the 2 bottles (tried to only order the supplement but screen would not let me off until I order the cleanse also).
I did receive a confirmation, which I did read, that I would be charged $5.97 for the supplement and $4.97 for the cleanse. NOT $98 and $89 for the bottles.
I reviewed my credit card bill, saw the charge and immediately called them. They did cancel my order that day.
I have talked to customer service twice and of course it is my fault that I did not read the terms and conditions and understand them.
So I am out almost $200 but have learned a very valuable and costly lesson.
