My first mistakes was they only take cash or certified check. Credit card you can file a dispute if you are not satisfied. I contacted them several times by telephone and e-mail without no response. The evergreens began browning 3 months after planting. I wanted an explanations or possible a refund if I was given dieased trees. I purchased 15 trees because I was entice by the low price...be aware; you can not review the trees because Prime Evergreen is located out of state from Pa. This was second mistake. Be advised, buy locally because you usually have a warranity and better customer service.

After 3 months its YOUR fault. If YOU had been sold bad trees then they would have died IMMEDIATLY!!! So its due SOLELY to how YOU have taken care of them. YOU cant play the customer service card 90 + days after the purchase. Jeez!!! How immature are YOU that YOU would blame an innocent party all because YOUR green thumb is actually brown.
