Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Recently I attended an "interview" (group) after being contacted at home. The First red flag was when they asked for me by MR. vs MS. I was told that I had been recomended to them based on my leadership skills. When I asked them who had recommended me the response was that I had probably been referred by someone who has my resume, etc. My resume is not out there for the public to view.(red flag #2).

I decided to check it out as I figured I really had nothing to loose and I needed to not be so "mistrusting" of something that sounds to good to be true, so I set up an interview and spent 30 minutes watching a video on the "Three C's". Can't recall all three. I remember when it first began, the video, that I was thinking that I was trying to be sold a concept based on the financial success of the company. Our VP made it very clear in a very nice way that he was going to do a 90 minute speech in 30 minutes and if he missed anything he was sorry. Some parts of the video were interesting and then came the "catch".

The president of the compnay put in his bonus to help with the recruting/hiring process which cost about $5,000 oer person due to training etc. However, if we felt that we would be interested in continuing on with the interview process, we could set up a second interview. ANd if we wanted to join in either on a transition basis or full time basis, we would submit a fee. I think it was $200.00 for the traing and $30 or so for the manuel.

ALso scholarships were avalaible but no details about the guidelines. When I aksed if I could ask a question, ie can you tell us about benefits, I was told that that would be reviewed in the second interview. We were then given a questionairre to complete and upon leaving asked if we would like to set up another intervew by 2 individuals standing outside the group room. I asked the new gentleman on the way out about futher information as I did not want to waste their time. Luckily for me, he told me I could look on the website and I am glad I did because I was able to find out more information as to why I would not give up my current job and that my initial suspicions were well founded. I just feel sorry for the other 2 guys in there.
