Samantha of Printerinks explained to me that since they were tranferring money from one currency to another and one country'sbank to another that there was a problem. She had transferred money to my bank in the U S and my account never received it, she stated. She and her company were nice enough to refund my money and send the oringinal product for free to straighten this out and make this right (they certainly went as far as they could go to do that). My thanks to them.
