PrintingForLess.Com Printing For Less PFL there name is Printing For Less. Uh Huh says who, their listed prices aren't bad but then they nail you with large fees for other stuff. Oh and if you don't like it they'll just fire you! Internet
I was trying to order some business cards for my company, so I was looking at PrintingForLess.Com. On the surface they looked good, had good testimonials, and I never saw anything bad about them online.
Well I was in for a surprise, I ordered 500 business cards for $45 + shipping. Now me being the perfectionist I am I asked to see a hard proof before placing the order. They proceeded to tell me that would cost $70 more, that's right on top of the $45 + shipping printing cost. So now it was clear how they can be so cheap, the jack up the price of extras that are umm shall I say useful, especially for the perfectionists out there.
And when I ask them why its so much they make up so lame excuse about having to actually run the the job...which still makes no sense because to just run it was only $45. And apparently they did not like the fact that I questioned this and instead of working with me, instead of offering alternative, instead of waving the fee as a courtesy they fired me. They said in the most rude tone I have ever heard that they did not want me to call them again.
At this point I asked to speak with their supervisor at which point the guy claimed he was his own supervisor and hung up, I tried to call back because I was not done talking to him and found they blocked my call. Not that I care, I'll just take my business elsewhere, and I recommend you all do the same.
I will be sharing this story with other business owners I am in contact with.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! They are rude and hide all sorts of fee from you but they package it up to look so good!
