Private Stock Steak & Seafood Earle Ferguson Ripped of an Elderly Woman Lemoyne, Pennsylvania
In October of 2011Earle Ferguson owns a company called Private Stock Steak & Seafood. He hires people to drive around towns in a white truck with a freezer in the back. Those people sell vacuumed packed meat to unsuspecting persons. The meat is over charged. Two persons employed by Mr. Ferguson, Matthew Daggett and Gino Richichi sold my elderly mother $480 of meat that probably was worth $60. She received no bill of sale which is illegal in PA. When I attempted to cancel the order, I was constantly stonewalled, hung up on, and lied to. I filed a complaint with Bureau of Consumer Protection. Mr. Ferguson lied to them and told them he would resolve the issue. He has yet to refund my mother's money and come pick up the product.
