This time he is using the name Brian Nixon and the business is Private Business Capital in Las Vegas.He is offering the same financial services he has used before in his other ripoff schemes. He is offering to get funding for you or your business using a trust,but after taking your deposit from 5k to 20k,nothing is ever delivered.He has committed many crimes of this nature in several states,but this will be his last go round,as he has ripped off the wrong people this time.
