BEWARE, mortgageleads4less will take your money and not give you anything they promise. I first spoke to Katie Dunham From this company or supposed company whom seems to be the only actual person that works there she is the so called sales rep, there is extensions provided on the phone system but no one will answer those extensions, no matter how many times or how often you call at any time of the day only the sales dept and good luck with them, they are slick, she will tell you all about how long she has been in the business and how she has helped all these particular clients, The address provided is inaccurate I called the leasing office of the office building they are listed to be working out of and they informed me that no one company of that name has or was ever leasing there. My father was a private investigator for many years, I will find this company or so called and when I find an actual physical address i will make every one aware that has been ripped off. Now I actually have received leads but they are a list of standard internet leads any one can pick up for about a dollar a piece. NOT telemarketing leads as ordered and promised, I know they were not telemarketing because five leads that I received were disconnected number and on people search the address belongs to a completely different person. They got a $1000 from me an gave me $50 dollars worth of leads just to keep me from calling them, I have Katie's personal cell phone number or so she says it probably a pre paid no sucess on calling it anymore it just rings. I will continue to call, but I would advise any and every one to stay away from this scam. You transfer money via bank of america they get paid and you CAN'T get a refund, i bank with bank of America and the rep i called to see whose info was listed under that account number said she couldn't disclose much info but apparently from what I got from her they have hundreds of thousands of dollars of scammed dollars and many many complaints on the banking system. She advised me to seek leagel advice and file a report. I also filed a report with BBB and they cannot go any further they have received many complaints and no actual physical address to mail to them. SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY do your self a favor if its not too late and avoid this company at all costs

Here is an insight into my horrible experience with mortgageleads4less.com. On Oct. 28th 2009 I was searching online for a mortgage lead company and came across mortgageleads4 less. I call these times the good times: I responded to an offer of 25 live transfer leads for $500. I called their 866.678.3608 and the woman answering the phone was very kind.


Over the next several days we worked together to get our first campaign going. I then received an invoice/ terms and conditions via email that I completed and returned. Next I sent $500 via direct deposit into their B of A(dbamarketing llc.) account. After I got confirmation from Janine (in the processing department) that my money was received, my script phone script had been authorized and that my campaign would begin on Tuesday Oct. 3rd 2009. According to our contract on that day we were to receive 2 to 3 live leads and every day after for 10 days. What we got was..nothing. I even called later in that same day to ask if there was something wrong or to get some explanation about why we hadnt received any calls. This began the times I will always recall as no mans land. Since that day over 4 weeks ago I have never been able to get a hold of a live person. It wasnt for lack of trying. I Called several times a day and left messages. On November 5th after calling repeatedly for days I advised mortgageleads4less via email that if a resolution to our matter was not amicably met immediately that I would spell my grievances to an array of consumer advocate websites. I was assured on November 6th via email that I would receive a total refund within 5 to 10 business days. Friday November, 20th 2009 was the 10th business day. On November 20th I advised mortgageleads4less one last time that if I was not communicated with by Saturday Nov.21st that I would begin spelling my experience.

Thus, here we are. With never a response from this company this leaves me no alternative but to believe mortgageleads4less.com have blatantly ripped me off. It is extremely unfortunate in this great time of despair within our country that this company hasnt been rooted off of the internet. Please do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Dont get ripped off by mortgageleads4less.com.!

BEWARE!!!!! MORTGAGE LEAD COMPANY SCAM!!!!!
I contracted for mortgage leads with USA Leads & Telesvcs, Inc./a Division of Marketing Resource Intl., LLC on July 9th, 2010. I dealt with a Kelly Harrington. I wired $750 to a Bank of America account. Once the received the money, they stop answering calls. They did NOT deliver to me any leads and will not call me back or take any calls.
