Take your money elsewhere. I paid for three large banners for my business along with some logo stickers for my windows and did not get what I paid for. Unless you want to pay a business that doesn't understand horizontal from vertical, doesn't provide all the product that was paid for, installs it in the wrong location, takes four times longer than he says he will to get the job done, does everything in the wrong size because he doesn't take good notes and then waits a whole month to do the job, and even installs significantly damaged signs, you're better off hiring another company to do your sign work. I found out after ordering that the owner, Fernando, charged me about twice as much as other sign places charge for the same thing (my fault for not shopping around), and then he totally jacked up my order and refused to correct anything. He said it would take one week to install the banners, which we needed for a sales event that would be two and a half weeks later. By the time two weeks had gone by, we were contacting him trying to figure out where our signs were. After a month had gone by, the banners were installed, no window decals were provided, and you couldn't imagine how botched the whole order ended up being. A month after the install, Fernando has still not done anything to correct the problems. To make a long story short, the owner is dishonest, won't give you what you pay for, and instead of taking responsibility for his horrendous customer service, he will tell you over and over that he will come make the order right, and you will never see him again. He'll have your money while you are stuck with a damaged, incomplete, incorrect sign job that isn't even installed in the agreed upon location. It's a pathetic excuse for a sign business. I will be posting pictures, video, and a more detailed review online at www.pro-signsutahripoff.homestead.com in hopes that others don't lose their money like I did. Guys like this need to either learn to do the right thing or get out of town. If you don't mind having to file suit in small claims court to get a refund, try your luck, but you'll probably find several other local businesses that can do the job right and charge you much less for it.
