I signed up to do the work from home business in March of 2006.  I couldn't make it work.  According to the woman Katherine True ( I don't know if it is her real name) I last logged in on June 1, 2006.  Now I had said I thought I had only done this for about 10 days called and quit and told them to stop charging me.  Then I forgot about it. 

So I guess I tried it for less than 3 solid months.  But it has been 9 years and so KATHERINE tried to make out like that descrepancy made all the difference in the world and proved their innocense.  It proves nothing. I called and told them that I not only was not going to do their work from home BS but to STOP AUTO CHARGING ME!  They never have and now refuse to give me anything but a FREE one year subscription to their USELESS BOWL OF NOTHING!

They have been doing this to people for years and years and years and at one point had to settle with others that caught them at this.  I need help here.  This has gone on for nine years and nine months.  That amount has reached

$5,140.00 deduct the 3 months of $131.70 and they owe me $5,008.30.  I want my money back but can someone tell me what to do?  I did not use a credit card for this transaction they insisted at the time for routing number and account number from our checking account.

Nancy Berry, Yes…My name is Katherine True, and I am a real Customer Service Rep. who has proudly worked with Procard International for over 12 years. However, you already know this fact because you have called my home phone no. over 25 times within a couple of days…to the point that I had to block your number. You were leaving vulgar messages cursing and actually screaming, and my grandchildren heard one of these messages when they were at my house, hence, I blocked your home phone calls. We certainly will address your personal matters via email to the best of our abilities.

 As everyone knows, you are NOT required to buy or invest anything to work with Procard International or its affiliated programs including LocalDiscounts.com. You’re only required to have (1) active account of anyone you choose, if you want to promote yourself from a ‘Registered’ Associate to ‘Active’ Associate status and receive FREE leads each month.

 You enrolled voluntarily online and there was no one who insisted you use your checking account. That was your choice to use it to enroll or not to enroll. You also faxed over an Independent Contractor Statement that you printed and signed as an Associate to work for us. All this was your choice.

 You say that you called to cancel your account but with no documentation or dates regarding this matter, and we never received your card back. It really is your responsibility to properly cancel your membership. As you stated, “Then I forgot about it.”  That’s really not our fault. (Again, membership is NOT required to be a ‘Registered’ Associate with the Company).

 We maintain your services as with health, dental, car insurance and/or membership services. Even though you may not have used the services, they were fully available for you. Example: You can’t very well call your car insurance company and demand a refund because you didn’t use the services.

 You initially made a request for a (3) month refund, of which, we could not provide because your payments were NOT processable with your bank; thus, no monies were collected.

 I asked my supervisor to allow me to offer you a full (1) year membership at no charge (which is something we never do) as a goodwill effort.  You initially accepted this offer and then just kept increasing your demands more and more and literally screamed and cursed at me over the phone. This is not acceptable and we do not need to listen to that sort of behavior. Again, if you have any other communication needs, please email us at [email protected]

As for your statement, “They have been doing this to people for years and years and years and at one point had to settle with others that caught them at this”… This is defamatory and literally just is NOT true. We’ve got a wonderful reputation in the various industries in which we participate. We are considered in ‘Good Standing’ with ALL state and federal regulatory agencies. As for ‘complaint’ sites, there are 2 sides to every story.

 Look, Procard International has a number of Customer Support Reps throughout our networks, and I personally enjoy my career with this Company and look forward to it for years to come. It is for this very reason that any complaint of which I’m directly involved, I take very personally and make all necessary efforts for a professional solution.
