I purchased this company's services for a client of mine. Their online form had a space for special instructions and requests, so I let them know that it's important that they do not contact my client and that they send all reports of production to me.

Unfortunately, this company continually contacted my client and failed to provide any evidence of work being done. After several attempts to contact the company, they finally reached out to me and said they would not contact my client anymore and that they would send me evidence of work being done. They never sent me the evidence.

After a week (and still no report of work being done) they charged my credit card again. I had never authorized continually automatic payments of my card, but they did it anyway. I immediately reached out to the company and they refused to give me my money back for the unauthorized credit card charges.

Two representatives of the company agreed to reverse the charges and so I waited but it never happened. I received an email today stating that they've held onto the reports of the work that was done and that they would not refund my money.

I asked them for any documentation or evidence that I had agreed to allow them to automatically charge my card and I also asked them for the alleged reports and they have not provided either.

In the end, I wound up with an upset client, no evidence of any work being done and missing money in my bank account. It was definitely one of the worst experiences in business that I've ever faced. Terrible customer service and terrible service in general. I don't know how these guys are still in business.
