The company was a pop up after doing a survey. I thought it was legitimate. They said they would send me a free sample if I paid shipping. I foolishly gave them my charge card which on receiving my bank statement they had debited me for $3 shipping and $129 for a single 3 ounce bottle of some crap stuff that I am now afraid to even use, do to the severity of the rip off. I used the product for two weeks and it does nothing that it said it would. It said in small print that you had to check a box to accept their offer. I purposely did not check their box as I test before I buy on offers like this. However it did not matter. They charged my card anyway. They are a rip off company for sure and I have learned my lesson. 2014-07-09

I had this very same issue. I only got this product as a result of a survey I took. It was one of the incentatives at the end of the survey. The item was offered as a reward for shipping and handling cost only. Later I was charged $129 for the product. To resolve the situation, I called 877-318-9598. My account was credited emmediately. I told them I reported them as a scam and they misrepresent themselves in the advertisement. I also have the address on where to return the product, in which I found useless. I can buy items similar to these in the stores nearby at a cheaper cost. The address to return the item or items is: 3033 Marketstrip
Aspen, PA 19014
This is a address different from the one listed on their websit. I was very firm with their representative and did not use any nice words. I called my bank and was told to replace the existing debit card with a new one and this company will not be able to debit my account again. I hope this helps.
