ProDermagenix Michelle & Donavin (Reps at company) Offered free trial for 14 days for $7.00, product arrived 12 days later... trial over in 2 days and when I cancelled, they said I'd be credited and find out they charged me $129.00 internet Internet
I was ripped off from this company as an on-line free trial scam. Cost was $7... for a 14 day trial.. didn't get the product until 12 days later (allowing 2 days for a trial period)? Called company, they were suppose refund my money and instead.. they charged my credit card $129.00. I have a dispute filed with credit card company and will file with the BBB as well. I want my money refunded immediately and don't know what other steps I need to take in order to do so.

Called company, they were suppose refund my money.... instead they charged my credit card $129.00. I have a dispute filed with credit card company and will file with the BBB as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
