This is new information on Curtis Brown, AKA Kurtis Eugeen. MANY SCAM REPORTS ON HIM!! I was approaced a few weeks ago, with his services that he would get me funding for my business. He said he had investors lined up. He then said I need a PPM agreement and he would do it for $5,000. He said I need to do it that day before the investers change their minds. I was lucky enough to do some tech research and found what this rip off artist is doing now. Do not give him your money. It is illegal to pay upfront money for this type of service.
