Proflowers.com Misleading flower arrangements. Actual product is poor quality. proflowers.com Internet
I ordered their Deluxe "Hugs n Kisses" arrangement for Valentine's day.
This arrangement is advertised as looking like this: http://www.ifarmyourgold.com/flowers.jpg
However, the arrangement came in a box, which the buyer has to cut the bottom part of the flowers, add water to the vase, along with their special plant food. Then the flowers bloom to their arrangement.
Needless to say, whoever arranged the flowers simply crammed the Irises in the middle and 10 tulips on the left and right side. I followed the instructions that come with the arrangement, which tells you how long to leave them in the cellophane wrapper, watering, etc.

My poor girlfriend just looked at them as if to say "What the hell is this?" but was nice and said "Its the thought that counts". I spent $119.51 on this arrangement, yet with the end result, I looked like a fool and a cheapskate.
I called their customer service, who was friendly, and sent out another order, next day mail.
That arrangement arrived today in the SAME manner. Crammed together and not in the correct arrangement. To top it all off, one of the tulips was severed and fell apart. I took it upon myself to take the arrangement apart and attempt to arrange the flowers how the look in the picture, hoping the bloom at least halfway correctly.
Still mad, I called customer service again and explained how disappointed my girlfriend was and how embarrassed I was and she quickly gave me a refund.
My advice, don't use this company. Take the time to order something from your local flower shop. The time and money just isn't worth it.
