We're sorry that your flowers didn't arrive on time.  We work really hard to ensure timely and quality deliveries and if that didn't happen, we'll make it right for you.  We certainly won't keep your money if nothing was delivered.  If you haven't been able to get this resolved to your satisfaction yet, please give me a call at 888-855-3486 and I'll look into it for you personally.    -Steve
