Since filing my Ripoff Report I have researched the internet and discovered the following: 5 Ripoff Reports have been posted against Pro Gas & Heating; The BBB has received 27 complaints about Pro Gas & Heating over the past 36 months - after researching literally dozens of this company's competitors, not members of the BBB (Lowe told me the companies listed on the BBB were members who paid to have their names listed), I discovered only 1 company that had a complaint filed against it and this complaint had been resolved. Clearly 27 complaints, 3/4 of which were unresolved due to non-response from Pro Gas & Heating, is an extraordinarily high number of complaints; The Business Practices and Consumer Protection Authority have this company under investigation and are closing in on both the company and Mr. Lowe. If you have had unsatisfactory dealings with Pro Gas & Heating, I urge you to contact the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Authority, to add your information to their substantial evidence against the company and Ed Lowe: Inquiry Officer, Business Practices & Consumer Protection Authority, e-mail [email protected]
