progressive readers organization Kyle A Perkins - took money but no magazines ever showed up harold, Kentucky
In August 2011, a man (looked maybe 20) who called himself Kyle A Perkins came to my door, said he was selling magazines to help him go on a trip for a local college. I bought OK magazine and paid $85.
I have the receipt for the magazines, he claimed to be with Progressive Readers Organization. The phone number on the receipt is now out of order, and I never got any magazines. I think he scammed numerous neighbors in my neighborhood as well. I think I am going to contact the state police to make sure they are aware of this scam, but I've learned to never order anything from anyone unless I know them well!
