Responded to a flier in my mail only to connect quickly to a mr steel, I believe it was a benjimin steel, who assured me that I would be a priority and that the $11,000 dept would be $1,700 if I retained there services. After the $2500 payment was made a series of days turned into weeks of no contact, in return my phone calls were sent to voice mails that were never returned until I received a phone call from a grace chang for a further payment to bring the total fees to over $7000. She then sent me returns to be sighned leaving me with a total balance of just over $21,000 owed and a payment plan of $41.00 a month. Con artists to say the least. I recontacted the office after a local IRS agent disregarded my installment agreement and sent my employer a notice of levy. Ben steel told me they changed there company signs and after two years they no longer keep records, but if I was interested I could hire them to represent me. It sounded like he said it with a straight face, he said the lawlessness of IRS is why I need to be represented by his outfit. Class action law suit is in order.
