Horrible experience with http://www.progressmobility.com/.

We purchased a scooter. Drove it in the shop for 2mins and took it home because it worked fine. When we used it 2 days later for an extended period of time, it would not work properly. The store refused to give us a refund since it was a "discounted item." Which we had no idea the item was discounted. They never made us aware of their return policy, and we only found out about it after they billed us and sent us a link to their website. With that being said, regardless of the return policy, why not make sure your clients are happy? Where is the customer service?!
