I ordered a lamp from this site and was a little suspicious immediatley. The only reciept I recieved was from PayPal and the confirmation email from the site didnt arive until the next day. Based on the odd language and slow responce in my email communication I'm sure this is a one man operation and the person doesnt speak fluent english. After calling the fake number and the limited email info I disputed my transaction with PayPal. After escalating the dispute the site opperator sent PayPal a fake tracking number that didnt verify and I got my money back a couple of days later.
Lesons learned:
ALWAYS call the store and reserch the vendor before clicking the buy button.
ALWAYS use PayPal when making onlin purchases.
ALWAYS buy your replacement projector lamps from electrified.com if they stock it :)

I am so glad I checked this site as I was going to order a bulb from this company. Now, I think I'll just order it through Staples where I can go back in person if there is a problem with it.
