then I received this email with what supposed to be a tracking number for UPS

right there I knew something was not right since UPS tracking start with 1z, sooo I went to to their website again to see my order status to my surprise no website this is what I found:

sorry but we are temporarily unavailable. We are currently relocating but will be back in business on July 19th.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused but we hope you will check back with us in July.

NOTE: If you have placed a purchase order recently, do not worry. We can assure you that your package will still be delivered as we have shipped out all pending orders already. You can use the tracking number you received from UPS to track and package.-ProjectorsDeal

I immediately call their number no answer just an automated message that they are relocating they will be back in business July 19, so I e-mail them::

just went to visit your website and to my surprised it's no longer there, I went to see the status of my order but nothing comes up, please tell me I did not get scam, I will be  calling Better Business Bureau  and looking into investigating this ASAP.....please tell me that you this is not scam and you guys just stole $240 from me, which I was doing a good deed and buying my church a projector that they so desperately need,   : (

which package never arrived, I tracked the package with UPS, FEDEX, DHL and USPS and no courier has received this package from this business of course I am furious had made many attempts to contact them but no answer or package....and now they don't answer the phone or reply to any of my emails...

I have personally purchased a projector from them plus i referred a friend and they were both as advertised (couple scratches but functioning perfectly), and my experience was more than satisfactory. 

I have to agree with the complainer on one thing, the tracking number is not the right number, and you have to use another service such as paypal or just call the shipping company, I personally am friends with the local delivery guy so i just had him look it up for me.

But this isn't a good enough reason to write the site off, there merchandise is excellent and customer service is well above average.

My only real complaint is that the site is down and I'm ready for an upgrade of my projector, i really hope that it isn't going to take till July to have the site back up, because i'm on the market right now and don't want to take my business anywhere else.

Please Please open soon or just give me a number so i can purchase over the phone

We are a legitimate business and do not scam people. We were relocating from Chicago to New Jersey and had to shut down our website temporarily.  We already contacted the buyer several times and tried to explain to her that the package has been shipped out already but she would not believe us. We wished that the customer had given us the benefit of doubt.

We do not understand what the problem was because the projector has been sent to buyer within 1 business day and arrived within 3 days total. Customer signed package and UPS tracking shows the following:

I was able to get a correct tracking number through pay pal and ups has my package and I am awaiting delivery, the business handle this situation very unprofessional and even though they are really relocating they should have informed their customer and have staff handling their calls, this was a very bad experience for me and very stressful, but at least my projector is on its way, now let's just hope that is working and I wont have any issues.....
