ProJet Power Equipment ripoff, thieves, fraudulent use of credit card. Kent Washington
In February 2005, I ordered pressure washer equipment online from Projet. The following day Dan, sales rep, called and asked for my credit card number and told me that it would be approximately 2 weeks for delivery. One month passed and I called and was told they were on backorder. In follow up calls, Dan told me or my wife that they were expecting deliveries "this week" and I should receive the following week. To date, I haven't received anything.
On May 14, 2005 I was unable to reach anyone at the number provided online, and the website is gone. I called my credit card company and found out that $799.99 had been withdrawn from my account on March 10th.
I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau. This kind of thing needs to stop.
