I paid MR. KEN DE ROSARIO $150 to file a motion for child support termination with the courts way back in JUNE/JULY. I would have done it myself but I found the paperwork difficult to fill out and didn’t want to do it wrong. This is why I contacted him. THIS GUY HAS YET TO FILE ANYTHING WITH THE COURTS. He took my personal information and my money, He said that he would be contacting me to let me know what was going on with my case and the process but he never did. The only time he talked to me was when I would get frustrated and message him, then he would say that he would check and get back to me the next day. LOL that day never comes and he never gets back with me. AFTER CONSTANTLY GETTING THE RUN AROUND I DECIDED TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE SOURCE AND WENT TO THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT OFFICE FOLLOWED BY THE ORANGE & SEMINOLE COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE. JUST LIKE I THOUGHT, NOTHING HAD BEEN FILED, PROCESSED OR ANYTHING ELSE! HE'S A LIAR! God only knows what he’s done with all my personal information!
NOW HE'S BULLYING ME TO REMOVE MY POSTS AND THREATENING ME WITH COURT ACTIONS! (I BET HE'LL ACTUALLY MAKE IT TO THE COURT HOUSE FOR THIS) I WILL NOT BE BULLIED! What I say is true and I have the right not to just roll over and be taken advantage of. HE WAS TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE I PAID HIM TO DO. If he couldn’t do that then I should have been notified and given alternative options or a refund if needed. I EXPECTED NOTHING LESS OR MORE

It's very amazing the way people portray things and never state the facts:
If you hire somone to do a certain thing, let that thing get done...If for some reason it cannot get done. it will get handled or unwound. However, should you have multiple issues in your life that need help, if you then hire the same person to do other things and keep adding to the list, at some point, you will realize that an additional "bill" is coming your way.
Also, many, MANY people have been assisted and continue to stay with us for all of their legal needs and hurdles. I take pride in lighting up someone's life thru great assistance with low costs. This issues has been a first and it HAS ALWAYS stemmed form going the extra mile without adding fees or costs. Thats our mistake. Maybe next time, we should do like the others out there and "upcharge" for any little/ other requests.....Maybe not. Our ways and M>O> of doing things had landed an overwhelming amount of great clients who will only come to us for anything legal and no one else

I wish I read the above complaint a long time ago. I too believed that Ken Rosario was a decent man that was as determined as he said he would in helping me with my case. I contacted him from his Craigslist ad in Septmeber. I needed assistance in taking someone to court for writing me a bad check and to collect some items that was stolen from me. He said all the right things. I gave him all the details/paperwork/documents/evidence he needed to help me.
Similarly, I was only (initially) contacted by him when he was collecting payment of $300 from me to hire him. After that I barely heard from him unless I reached out to him. I have expressed multiple times, issues of concern and frustration and he always reassured me that things were being done. He even went to far as to say he fired a "member of his team" as said person did not have my papers ready to file.
As far as I'm concerned, he's as unprofessional as they come. Seems like a nice person but DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR YOUR LEGAL WORK. I'm not even sure he really is what he says he is. I regret hiring him.

Just clarifying. A business has to always be prepared for any issues that it might encounter. At some point, there will be a mistake to learn from and which is what makes you better at what you do. The most important thing to do is to rectify the situation, Identify the problem, work at it and create a solution. this would be our first time to experience such accusations but we have since rectified the issue with the author and held up our guarantee with honor.
Although some of the issues stated were errouneous, we are happy to state that our client's issue was satisfied and this issue has been considered rectified and closed.
Our priority is assiting our communities thru the rigors of the legal system and will not consider any issue or client expendable.

I was contacted by Mr. Rosario, he told me that his guarantee was to make his customers happy and since I am not a happy customer he will refund me. Refund received promptly the next morning. I am now happy.
