Promo Designs Scam, doesn't return calls, doesn't respond by mail like they said, can't get ahold of a person Valrico Florida
I would not recommend using this company for ANYTHING!! I have sent in a rebate on Dec. 1 and have not heard anything. I have left 8 messages, 8 emails and they said they would respond by mail in 21 days. Well it has been way more than that and I have not heard one peep! Don't use them! Don't listen to Rainbow Vaccum Cleaners pitch either! I got it from them and will spread the word that both are horrible companies!!!

This is in response to this Consumers complaint about their Rebate.
Our Company processes over 30,000 Rebates a year that is distributed by many Sales organizations in the US & Canada. The Pizza & Movie Rebate is handed to the Consumer as a Gift with no purchase required, just their time for viewing a product demonstration.
Due to volume, our systems have been automated by phone & Internet to respond only when information is matched in our database. If all inquires where to be answered by operators, this program would not be cost effective since it is not tied to any sale of a product.
As in all Rebates, there are Terms & Conditions to be met. If a response was not received, then the Terms & Conditions were not met, therefore, a Rebate was not issued.
This automated system is in place to be fair to all Consumers who comply. We find that those who do not follow the terms are the ones who complain the most.
