Teri Petit targeted the good people of Hawaii with her false securitization audits and took advantage of the many home foreclosures in Hawaii. As at least a dozen of her former clients have found out, nothing she said is true.
Instead, she took our money. She took our trust. She is not licensed in anything. She moved to Hawaii so she could better steal from its people. Maybe the people in California and Illinois and Florida found out about her lies and she had to leave. She then brought her partner to Hawaii to further her scheme. Robert Stone is nothing more than a bully and both are crooks. Watch out Hawaii. He has moved here, too. He has left his wife and moved in with Petit, so the two of them can continue to steal from unsuspecting Hawaii homeowners in distress. they promise to get your house free and clear with their false affidavits of securitization fraud. The only fraud is from them.
They came to Hawaii to test their theories that did not work in Illinois. They lied to the people in Hawaii. They said they have won cases. They have never won a case. They have lost cases and caused people to lose their houses. They just move on to the next victim because they always need new money. If you are not in foreclsoure they urge you to stop paying your mortgage so they can help you. The only help they give you is to help you drain your bank account.
As for Sandra Lynch she was the only one at Property Rights who told the truth. She represented the people in court while PEtit and Stone stole from them. When she found out that Petit and Stone lied to everyone she quit. They did not fire her as they claim. The lawsuit that is filed against her will finally get the truth. We are behind her 100 percent. Property Rights Law Group and Stone and Petit will soon be a bad memory in Hawaii. The only way Petit and Stone can defend themselves is to try to go after Sandra. Her integrity and morals will prevail. We know the truth. You do too.
A message to Petit and Stone. We know the truth. Those clients who you are still raping in Hawaii will soon know the truth about you too. Too bad they will have paid you a thousand dollars a month and will still lose their cases. Hey, Mr. Stone, why did you conceal the two cases you lost in Illinois from the people of Hawaii? Why did you lie about winning cases? Why won't you give anybody their money back? The world will be better off once you are disbarred. Hopefully it will also include jail time for you and Petit.
