ProShoppersOnline is an honest company that strives in customer satisfaction. Our company provides all terms and conditions for ProShoppersOnline. All terms and conditions as well as charges are authorized by our customers. By listening to the taped conversation, of Ms Eileen H and our operator #986, we have found that Ms Eileen H was told she would be paid up to $50 per assignment, not $50 per assignment. Assignment pay with secret shopping varies. Our service activation fee has been reduced from $60 to $20.00 plus your first month of $9.95 ($29.95 total to sign on). The activation fee is is used to set up your account with ProShoppersOnline and it is $9.95/month to keep your account active and updated. When Ms Eileen H called our customer support deparment on 4/27/07 and explained how she was under the impression that it was only $20 we did clarify, again, the terms she signed up under and issued a refund for the first monthly fee of $9.95 ProShoppersOnline is not employment, we are a service. Our customers are not paying for job or to receive jobs/assignments they are paying for a service to assist them in getting started within the secret shopping business. ProShoppersOnline has done the research online and have found the best places to register with and centralized them in one location online. With our service you also have unlimited accesses to our live support team. Our customers may contact us as many times as they like to get as much assistance as they may need to make sure they are successful in secret shopping. Our goal is to make sure that our customers are able to find the assignments in their local area, accept them, complete them, and get paid! A description of our program along with our prices and terms and conditions are available on our website, www.proshoppersonline.com, without having to sign up. Upon signing up we do offer training, which consists of two practice assignments. ProShoppersOnline does not benefiet from these practice assignments they are not sent to the store they are just for practice. We advise our customers to fill out these reports about a business that they have recently visited or planning on visiting. It is not mandatory to make a purchase or to actually go to the store; they can fill out the report about their last experience. The resume section of our site is designed to help customers in registering themselves as a secret shopper. The resume section is not mandatory but the tool is there for customer who need help with building a resume.
