www.ProSmke,com sold a defective non-working e-cigarette starter kit to me for65.89$. had a30 day guarantee if product was not performing to the buyer's satisfaction. tried to contact said CO. and was unable to take to a real person rather was given a voice mail,and told to leave a message;no one called back.Was given alive chat room to go to to report problems which was off-line;also tried to e-mail company which was never answered.well time ran out on the guarantee and the money was never returned. now stuck with non-working mis- labeled mis-spelled box of juke.and can't get rid of it.
