prosoft3d over charged advertised price, will not refund credit card upon request and returned product Burlington Ontario
I was charged $29.95 instead of the advertised price of $9.95.
Prosoft3d's software download does absolutely nothing regarding to what it supposed to do.
Submitted requested RMA and screen shot of deleted program to Prosoft3d along with credit card refund.
I have contacted Prosoft 7 times regarding my refund in the past 3 1/2 weeks and get one excuse after another why I have not received a refund.

After 3 1/2 weeks of requesting a refund (7 times) from Prosoft3d for a refund of $29.95 to my credit card, I filed a complaint with the BBB of Kitchener Ontario. On 8/30/2017 I have received a full refund from Prosoft3d.
