prosoft3D Password recovery 5.0 The company charged $9.95 to download a password recovery. Which did not work. no way to contact, Internet
I was lead to belief that a could recovery my forgetten pasword will this soft ware. they give you instructions on how to use after you down load the program. After reading it you know that it highly impossiable. They have a customer service box which every time you try to contact them you get a bad reference notice. I am reporting this to maybe save someone else a few dollars.

In light of my first report I would like to make a rebuttal. I kept searching until I was able to contact the company. They will be sending me a full refund with the next 48 hours. I would like say thank for having this site. Jimmie
