I am a consumer who was very fortunate in receiving Prospect Equities' professional services. It is a shame that someone, who clearly seems to be a very frustrated former employee can attempt to damage a respected company's reputation. Thankfully, as a happy customer I can testify against this report and return the favor to Mr.Killian for being so helpful to me and my family in my search for the perfect home. Richard Killian himself took me to showings personally every weekend while I was in town. Being an out-of-town customer looking for a home in Naperville was a difficult task indeed. Mr.Killian showed me several perfect homes within the area of my interest. In fact, when he wasn't available to be there personally, Chris Hagn, who I believe is his Vice President took great care of me throughout the search. Mr. Killian's companies were even able to offer me financial solutions in buying a home. He proposed the best rate I had ever received from a bank working with them on my own. It is certainly very convenient for a customer (especially with my visitor status) to be taken care of a-to-z, in one stop. I have worked with larger real estate firms in the past but never did I have this type of a professional, personal touch in the services that were offered to me. Unfortunately I wasn't able to purchase the home because of a personal crisis that rose in the very last minute after signing the contract for a wonderful townhouse in Naperville. However, to this day, Mr. Killian still contacts me to find out if my personal crisis has been resolved. I am so appreciative of his professionalism as he made me feel very comfortable about receiving their services regardless of the result. I will most definitely go back to Prospect Equities as soon as I am ready to buy a home again.
