Psychic Monica J Carter AKA Psychic Madison ripoff did not pay me or other co-workers in full for work performed as canvassers in the downtown Chicago area this involves at least 10 individuals tricked and lied to us Chicago Illinois
I answered an advertisement which appeared in "Employment Weekly" in June 2003 requesting "canvassers" to pass out flyers in the downtown area for a supposedly new business(I can provide witnesseses who have worked for them nine months ago and are still awaiting full payment for hours worked.
We were told the pay would be $7.00 per hour and pay day would be at the end of each week. However, when the weekend arrived (we worked Monday thru Saturday), the excuses began. Sometimes we received partial payment, sometimes a no-show or an excuse. I am not the only involved (I am owed $315.00), eight other individuals worked at the time I did (I was designated a supervisor and told to keep timesheets on the other workers-which I did and still possess) and I know of several others who have worked in the past for them and are still not fully paid.
Our employers name is MICHAEL & ROSE SANTINI aka MICHAEL & ROSE REED a/k/a Monica J. Carter & Madison. The practice of these perpetuators is to hire a "crew" and after a few weeks fire them or have a "lay-off"
while there are still outstanding payroll obligations.
