Pt. Multi Diesel Service in Gunung Putri close to the city Bogor in Indonesia is by far the worst company I have ever come across.

It is a company ran by a German guy named Marc Albrecht who simply is a cheat and as corrupted as one can get.

MDS brag about tight connections with engine makers such as MaK which today is a part of Caterpillar, which they do not have.

On their website they brag about a vast pool of knowledge comes to engine repais which they do not have. No material or info about any engines is up to date and some drawings used are dated to 1972, however in front of the "poor" customer MDS makes all look up to date.

Tools and machines are in terrible condition in the dark workshop and clearly not up to be used for any greater repairs of engine components.

Overhead cranes are pure danger to the operators and people on the workshop floor.

Very frequently were we forced to work 18-19hrs a day once on a job several days in a row. Those who had injuries due to falls since our working conditions were totally unacceptable, including myself, were still asked to work although we had a 'Medical Certificate" that we are not fit for work.

Threats were common such as: "Don't like to work, no need come back" or "Don't like, change work".

Although terms and conditions were written black on white in the employment letter regarding salary, overtime and allowance nothing of that was followed.

Salaries would not be paid on time or paid bit by bit. You'd never know when you actually get paid except that it wont be on the day employment letter say it would be.

Although travel was frequent for me, I did not recieve a cent in travel allowance which I was entitled to.

Overtime, not even one and we did work like slaves with very long hours, weekdays like weekends.

MDS supposed to pay my rent, failed and landlord came after me.

In the end suddenly my working permit in Indonesia was revoked and I had to scramble my stuff and leave the country right away.

When asked about outstandig payments and what company owe me, the reply was simply: "That is your problem".

I even had to buy my own ticket back.

I still have not recieved what MDS owe me and the best with MDS has been not to work there anymore.

Customers were cheated to comes to quality of work since "do faster, earn more money" logic applied.

Regards,

Johan
