BEWARE! This company is a complete SCAM operation. The owner Andrey Shuklin, has operated several other SCAM moving companies and he just closes up shop and starts a new one when the complaints/lawsuits pile up.
The scam begins before you even pay them anything. They sent me a quote after I sent them a very detailed inventory. Along with their quote, I received an email with a link to "their" BBB rating. Upon following the link, it leads to a completely different company with a very similar name. Can you say fraud?
My story, like so many others, involves paying them a downpayment based on the quote, movers arrive, pack up stuff, then tell you how much it's really going to cost you. Your only choice at that point is to 1: forfeit the downpayment AND PAY THEM to unload your stuff, or 2: go ahead and let them move hoping that you stuff arrives at the destination. It's a scam that moving companies have done before and been prosecuted.
My belongs did arrive via some other moving company with a D- BBB rating. Thousands of dollars in damage to add to the insult of the move cost itself.
