I called public power to cancel my service. I called in plenty of time to avoid a cancellation fee. I asked the person several times to make sure the cancellation went through. He assured me that he did and even read back the message.
When I received my bill It public power and their inflated prices were still there. I called again and a supervisor answered and said the message, said everything I said it said, except the part about canceling. He said it would take 3 more billing cycles. I told them it was their fault and he needed to push it through and he refused. Now I have to pay the higher price until they fix this.
