Renting from public storage isn't bad, as long as you know what makes them tick. if you don't read your contract though, skip your payments, it can turn into a nightmare. When I first rented, I had reserved a unit on the second floor, I viewed it on my confirmation day, and it wasn't what I wanted. luckily they had a 10 by 10 I could drive up to, and that worked out fine. This guy though, wow! I can understand why the manager was arrogant, this guy is something else! ha ha! they should have triple charged him to put up with his attitude. heck, I can't even remember storing at a place that ever had a loading dock, I was just happy to get the bottom floor, so I didn't have to move my stuff up the elevator. Oh, as for the trespassing? yeah, if you are behind the gates after closing, 9 pm if a police officer is called on a complaint there, and you happen to be there after hours, they can arrest you for trespassing, because you aren't supposed to be back there, anymore than I can be in aisle 4 of Fry's when they close. (hello! common sense!) I was stuck behind the gate at 9:03pm, and had to call customer service and explain myself. being a new tenant however, they assisted me. Now, I think what is wrong with this country is that we expect filet mignon on our plates, on a bean budget. I say, you get what you pay for, no free ride here.

I would love to know the real story. Because for it to get to the point where they kick you out of your storage unit and threaten to prosecute you, there has to be a lot more to this report than you are saying. I am sure that that missing information is probably not that favorable to you.
Oh, and punctuation can be effective if used correctly. However, 'when' it is 'used' incorrectly, ('it') just makes 'the' entire 'report' unreadable. If you (catch what I am 'saying').
