Do not sign any contract with this company. The "publicity" they will provide will be worthless, have nothing to do with your business, and appear in obscure community papers bringing no value to your business.
They care nothing about customer satisfaction, they simply sucker you in to signing a contract and then try to force you to pay or sue you. Nice business model.
These guys are criminals, fly by night, con men. Stay away, period

Rip-Off Report tries to provide a useful service to the marketplace, but by allowing anonymous postings, it inadvertently created a tool for competitor-bashing via posting false consumer reports. As the New York Times reported: "Publicity Guaranteed has a novel approach where it charges only for each article it successfully pitches; in 2005 and 2006, articles [placed by Publicity Guaranteed] about the tuition contest appeared in more than 40 newspapers, including USA Today and The New York Times." By introducing pay-for-results-only business model, we caused a lot of irritation among some PR professionals who charge retainers and hourly rates and don't guarantee any results. Many companies spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on PR agencies, getting very little in return. We provided a better alternative and that made us a target for numerous false and anonymous attacks by some PR pros. Our contract is very clear we only charge for media coverage we deliver; as little as $195 per article placement. Hundreds of clients have used our service and we received a lot of praise from our clients. Specific results, rates, customer feedback, as well as the contract itself, can be found at www.PublicityGuaranteed.com Our records do not show any past client from Columbus, Ohio with Jim as a CEO, owner or a contact person. In any case, the statement is blatantly false. As the case studies which can be found on our website show, we get placements in all types of publications, including Wall Street Journal, New York Times, USA Today and other major publications.
