This dealership, its owners and managers violated my civil rights by racially discriminating against me, retaliating against me for filing a complaint with the federal government, wrongfully terminated me.
They committed perjury, fraud, bribery, conspiracy, obstruction of justice, submitted false affidavits against me in order to evade prosecution and accountability for violating my civil rights.
They lied to the federal investigator by submitting false and fraudulent affidavits against me.
They lied to the court and our judicial system.
They tampered with evidence and witnesses.
They are Currently being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigators.
In fact their legal council Kellie Christianson and the arbitrator Judge Robert Letteau are being investigated by the FBI as well for their part in the crimes. They obstructed justice and violated my civil rights under the color of the law.
They were both paid by Puente Hills Toyota.
It is my hope and wish that after the investigation by the FBI they are prosecuted and sent to prison and fined.
With all of the charges, I hope and pray it will add up many years in the prison.
They need to respect the law and our judicial system.
No one is above the law.
Unfortunately the felt since it was a arbitration and not an actual court hearing they could do anything they wanted and get away with it.
They under the impression that any crimes they commit in an arbitration process will not get them prosecuted and punished. But they were wrong. The FBI is investigating and and hopefully prosecuted them and throw them in jail for a long time.
Our law enforcement agencies need to prosecute everyone who commits perjury and obstruction of justice so everyone will respect out courts and judicial system.
One of their own witness, a key witness who was a sales manager directly involved in the sales transaction has issued a "letter of retraction" stating he submitted a false and fraudulent statement against me and is now stating he was fully aware of the facts supporting my charges of racism, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, crimes of perjury, bribery, fraud, destruction of evidence, witness tampering and subordinating perjury by this dealership and its owners and manager David Hall.
Owners Fritz Hitchcock, Greg Moss and David Hall are unethical, immoral and corrupt person who allowed and authorized his managers to violate my civil rights and than commit crimes against the judicial process and the courts to avoid prosecution and accountability for these crimes.
They not only hurt me but my children and wife as well since they counted on my income and benefits.
Currently the FBI is investigating the charges and crimes to prosecute them.
Their human resources manager Mr. David Hall was instrumental and key in fabircating false and fraudulent affidavits against me and circulated them in the dealership and forced the employees to sign them under threat of termination.
This man is corrupt and evil. He ordered employees to destroy evidence, pay a bribe to a customer in order to get a false statement against me by paying approximately $4,500.00 in the form of a discount after the sales transaction was completed.
He lied to the federal investigator investigator and the arbitrator.
This is a corrupt and untrustworthy business. It's owners and managers are corrupt caring only for their families and have no respect for my family or your family.
Their actions and crimes have hurt me and my family and children. Because of them I have lost all medical benefits for my family, lost my credit standing and have endured nothing but hardship.
This is not a good place to buy a car of a vehicle.
Never buy a car or a truck with any of Hitchcock Automotive Group dealerships.
I know the truth and have the proof of their crimes of perjury, fraud, bribery, conspiracy, obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence.

If you have any EVIDENCE against this Dealership or against Toyota, you can take DIGITAL PICTURES of it and send it to ALL News Stations in the USA and then post it here on ripoffreport.com and then the PEOPLE can determine the TRUTH!! Imagine if you had SUBPOENAED EVIDENCE that would support your allegations that could be used in your favor?? That would be VERY POWERFUL, wouldn't you agree??
