The Company WHAT ELSE USA,llc managed and owned by BRUZZECHESSE, SERGE and his wife BRUZZECHESSE, Sylvie Fabre under the Name PULLIN and has since June 2014 an outstanding balance with our Lifestyle magazine of 6.000 dollars for advertising we have published about their Fashion brand and store called Pullin or Pull-in and the store located at 656 COLLINS AVE. MIAMI BEACH, FL 33139 with the website ,pull-in.com/en_us/. We have tried numerous ways to collect the outstanding money, emails, phone calls and letters. We would like to get paid and settle the amount owned to us.
We have send them many times all the proofs that we have published everything they have contracted with us but Sylvie Bruzzechesse still does not want to pay us. They have now closed the store and have opened new companies and it seems that they are hiding the money in the fresh new companies they have opened instead of paying us and other companies and people we know that they own money to.
We have now tried since June to recuperate the money without any sucess. We have been friendly, and non threatening- but its just not right that they use a name like Pullin and give it a bad name as a brand in the USA.
The new companies they are invloved in are: Pas Cher llc and SLS Best llc all with the same mailing adress as 656 collins Avenue , Miami Beach 33139 as well we know that Serge Bruzzchese is one opf the Top manages in Samsung France.
