Pulse Sales LCC, (Lenny Proietto) Mr. Proietto is running a fraudulent operation, fishing for non-refundable deposits St Petersburg, Florida
Requested from Mr. Lenny Proietto (Pulse Sales Inc) to book my car for shipment to Puerto Callao, Lima, Per, from Miami. In order for him to do that he requested a non-refundable deposit, and he will have the booking ready in a matter of hours because both boats were available.
Sent money first thing next morning, yet booking was never done. About 10 days letter when I had to make a booking with another shipping company (of which I informed him) he finally indicated he will have a booking, but it would cost me $400 more.
I warned him several times that I had stopped doing business with him and if my $250 deposit was not refunded will file a complaint for breach of contract from his part (failure to book as promised, and at the cost we had agreed. He ignored me, and did not care if I would file a complaint, insisting the deposit was non-refundable.
For what I have experienced, Mr. Proietto is running a fraudulent operation, fishing for non-refundable deposits and -once obtained- failing to comply to regular business practices. If the customer opts out, and probably sooner or later will, then he pockets the $250 deposit. No service done!
