Pulte Centex Builder Refused to Replace Faulty, Defective, Damaged Central Heat and Air Unit Franklin Tennessee
The central heat and air unit on my brand new $200,000 home has had issues since day one. The builder was notified and a replacement was requested. The builder refused to replace the unit. They send someone to "repair" it. It has been repaired five times. Once the compressor had to be replaced (unit less than a year old). They still refuse to replace it. They have tried three times to fix the fact that my daughters room is broiling and mine is freezing. The repeated failure of the unit causes stress and unhappiness. I turned the air on today and guess what? It is broken again.
This company should have born the financial responsibilty for the "lemon." Unfortunately, I am stuck with the aggrivation and problems. A new unit, which I thought and expected to recieve, is about $10,000. This mega-rich company has stolen that amount from me.

This home builder sucks canal water beyond belief. Do not even know how to POUR A concrete slab before they start building the house on it. Take a look at these two pictures this is the concrete of my house. I put up the Carpet to redo the floor with new tile. They cannot pour the slab wide enough to build a house based upon the size of the blueprints. Then he decided to add extra concrete and look at it it sucks it literally sucks. I believe they hire extremely cheap labor to build houses.
They suck I say, they suck canal water
