Puppy Elite Kennel Now Known As NYBulldogs TOTAL SCAM! THIS COMPANY HAS NEVER REGISTERED A LITTER WITH AKC AS THEY CLAIM Brooklyn New York
I purchased my male english bulldog through Puppy Elite Kennel July 15th 2007 and I still have not received my AKC papers as promised. Everytime I try to contact Steve Rightman I get no answer. The only time I get an answer is when I call from a different phone number. On my papers that I received from the kennel they gave me an AKC number when I found these other scams I began to do research. I contacted AKC myself and gave them all of the information that I have on Puppy Elite Kennel and finally found something however Puppy Elite Kennel or the owner's have NEVER registered any litters through them. So I asked them to run a number that I was give. Low and behold the number that I was given on my contract papers was an invalid number. There were not enough numbers.
I am sorry about your other dogs getting sick. I am lucky to not have to experience that. But I did purchase, what I thought to be AKC Registered English Bulldog, for the purpose of breeding. Now my dog is worth nothing without the papers.
FYI, Puppy Elite Kennel has changed their name to New York Bulldogs as well as their phone number. My mother and I have been doing research and in the contract that I was given directs me to go through Kings County, NY court system for any proceedings. Which is exactly what I am going to do. It costs only abouf 40.00 max to file the papers and have him served. The good thing is, is that he is still located in the same place as when I purchased my dog and I have the owner's full name. I will be going to court to either get my AKC papers and/or my money back. Also if you look in your contract you are promised AKC registered dogs which legally breaks his contract which leaves you the ability to take him to small claims for your money back or atleast to try and get your AKC papers.
I hope this helps anyone else who is or has had problems with this company. Next time I will cross reference anyone that I purchase a dog through before hand.
