I spoke with Jorge when he returned home from out of town, delivering other puppies. I misunderstood and never relized he was out of town and that is why the other guy was doing the transaction of the pup I ordered for him. There was a problem with the other gentlemans cell phone provider and the phone was down most of the morning and this is why I could not reach either of the two. Sorry for the misunderstanding but Jorge did contact me imediatly when he arrived home. I went into a panic mode when I couldn't reach anyone just worried with all the money I spent. Jorge has been very cooperative the whole time and I want to make sure it is out there that he is great to work with. Sorry again. I have the puppy now and am very pleased. Sorry for any bad raps you got Jorge.

I am very pleased with my puppy I got from Jorge. He arrived safely and I'm sorry for any inconvenience I have caused Jorge. Total Mis Understanding! Sorry again.

Jeanne, Did you do any research about this kennel before buying a puppy from them? Did you fly down here to see the conditions? Did you ever meet the parents of the puppies? Did you meet the puppy that you bought? With all due respect.. Did you first stop by your local humane society/rescues to ask for available puppies before contacting Puppy Galaxy kennels? Remember... dog papers don't mean jack..

Puppy was supposed to be delivered on Friday; today is Sunday and we were unable to ship the puppy due to weater restrictions. We went to the airport fot 3 straight days at 5am in the morning but Delta airlines has a restrction on English Bulldogs that the temperature cant be over 70 degrees. Customer was unable to reach me for part of the day and went ahead and took the liberty of reporting me with this website and not wait for my call first. IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PURCHASE ONLINE- YOU MUST BE PATIENT, IF NOT PLEASE LOOK FOR A PET SHOP AND BUY A CAGED PUPPY. I HAD CLEARANCE TO SHIP THIS PUPPY ON MONDAY MORNING WHEN TEMPERATURES WERE GOING TO BE ON THE 60s BUT DECIDED TO GIVE CUSTOMER HER MONEY BACK OUT OF MY OWN WILL. I HAVE PLENTY OF CUSTOMERS AND GOOD REPUTATION AND NOT WILLING TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE WHO I HAVE CALLED OVER 10 TIMES AND RESPONDED PROMPLTY WHENEVEVER SHE REQUIRED ME TO, IT IS UNFAIR TO JUDGE ONE'S BUSINESS AND MAKE FALSE ACCUSATTIONS OF THIS TYPE.

File a complaint with PayPal even if you did not pay -via- PayPal. PayPal does not like crooks using their payment system and might help you out. PayPal has pretty stupid CSR's but once and awhile you can get lucky with them helping you. These may be the PayPal email address's they use: [email protected], [email protected]. Good luck!
