Over the Internet I purchased what I thought was a wonderful wrinkle remover. I paid the requisite $4.90 for shipping. I then talked to some people who WARNED me about this company. They are a rip-off! I immediately cancelled the product by calling the company. I was told there would be "no charge" and the product was cancelled however, they were going to send a "complimentary" product anyways. Two products arrived and once again, I called to cancel. I was told it was cancelled and that would be the end of it. Every month since May I received another bottle of this Pure Divine, despite me cancelling same! I finally had to file a complaint against this company and stop them from doing this. When I called and spoke with a purported "supervisor", Jennifer (who was very, very rude, condescending, argumentative and arrogant) she graciously offered me a 33% discount. Really? The offer then went up to 75% by the end of the conversation! After resolution of my complaint (I received a FULL refund of all monies illegally taken out of my account by this company), I have begun looking into legal proceedings to stop this company from doing this to anyone else.
Do not walk away from this company...RUN!!!!!!!
