Pure Energies nrg Company said I was approved for Solar leasing but after 3+ months, I am not.. Ontario, and SanFransisco Nationwide
After three months of saying I was approved for solar leasing, coming out for a two hour on roof inspection, numerous emails and phone calls, I was informed today that I am in actuality, not approved and I should go find another company to use... The point is question is my home value.. They say my home is worth 0$ as they use zillow as a reference, and while the picture of my house shows up, the approximate value of my house does not. My house, while not a mansion, is a 5 bedroom on the water on Long Island and is certanly worth more than 0$ Customer service rarely answers phone, and often takes days to answer an email. According to other web searches, this seems to be commonplace with this company. BEWARE! Use another company if possible!!
