I just want to clarify, we did not take our phone off the hook. Unfortunately, our phone system was completely overloaded and was not able to handle the number of calls coming in. For this, we apologize - we were unprepared for the increase in inquiries. We have rectified this now and look forward to servicing our customers with stellar customer care in the future!
Regarding your credit card being charged, this happened because you went through Paypal - this is their policy and we have no control over this. If you purchase directly through us using your credit card, we never charge the card until your items actually ship. This is our policy and we strictly adhere to it. I hope this information is helpful.
Please accept my personal apology for the frustration you experienced and I hope you can see your way to visiting us again. We have added awesome new staff and they are eager to assist you in any way possible!

We are truly sorry for the delay, as you stated in your email, we were delayed due to the high volume of orders. Along with the delays came an even higher volume of phone calls and emails, and we are getting to them just as quickly as possible. We put as much man and womanpower behind our warehouse operations so we could get the product out the door and into your hands! The only reason that you might not have received your product by now is an address issue - please feel free to reach back out to us if your product has not been received.
