I was extremely excited when I placed my order for raspberry ketones and green coffee been extract from Pure Health.  I had seen the information on the Dr. Oz website and was eager to give it a try.

I was even more excited to see that Pure Health offered both in the very purest form and that their price was reasonable.

I ordered and payed with my Pay-pal account.  Then the frustration began. 

I was understanding that this small company had been bombarded since the Dr. Oz show did a segment on the green coffee extract.  I was understanding that Pure Health was instantly thrown into a backlash of orders and thus work and thus craziness.  I was understanding that it was going to take a while to get it all worked out.

However, I was and I am not understanding that they have taken their phone off the hook, they do not respond to emails and that my money has been collected but I have not received even a confirmation number for my order.

I have received a form email explaining their situation and that is it.

It has now been 4 weeks and my money was taken immediately and the product is no where to be found.

Please take heed and try another company.  This is frustrating beyond belief.

Hi,

I just want to clarify, we did not take our phone off the hook.  Unfortunately, our phone system was completely overloaded and was not able to handle the number of calls coming in. For this, we apologize - we were unprepared for the increase in inquiries.  We have rectified this now and look forward to servicing our customers with stellar customer care in the future!

Regarding your credit card being charged, this happened because you went through Paypal - this is their policy and we have no control over this.  If you purchase directly through us using your credit card, we never charge the card until your items actually ship.  This is our policy and we strictly adhere to it.  I hope this information is helpful.

Please accept my personal apology for the frustration you experienced and I hope you can see your way to visiting us again.  We have added awesome new staff and they are eager to assist you in any way possible!

We are truly sorry for the delay, as you stated in your email, we were delayed due to the high volume of orders.  Along with the delays came an even higher volume of phone calls and emails, and we are getting to them just as quickly as possible. We put as much man and womanpower behind our warehouse operations so we could get the product out the door and into your hands! The only reason that you might not have received your product by now is an address issue - please feel free to reach back out to us if your product has not been received.
