We are sincerely sorry for the delay, we were experiencing a major delay due to one of our products being featured on national TV. This severely backed up our warehouse and we were working around the clock to get orders out the door. Your order has shipped and it should have been delivered by now, unless there was a payment or address issue. Again, we sincerely apologize for the delay, we are back to our normal 48-hour turnaround on all orders.
