First, please let me apologize for the delay in shipping your order. We did experience a HUGE influx in orders and inquiries after the Dr. Oz segments featuring natural remedies that we happen to carry. Our telephone system, e-mail server and our staff were terribly overwhelmed for a brief period of time and I am sorry your were disappointed in our service. Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible, and we honestly were not prepared for the all the interest we received as a result of Dr. Oz.
