Hello, we are sorry that we have been unable to connect with you! We have been experiencing a high volume of calls since the show and we are doing our best to answer each of them. Additionally, we want you to know that while we are not able to get to everyone's calls, we have been able to get to almost everyone's orders! If you placed your order prior to May 20, then you product has shipped.
Additionally, we would like to be very clear that every charge is a one-time fee once your product has shipped, there are NO continuous billing or automatic billing options on our site, so there are never any monthly charges, that is simply not the case.
