Mistake #1: Ordered NATURE CLEANSE stuff from PURE NUTRIENTS because linked to Fox News site I have written letter of complaint to Fox News Advertising asking how they can allow these jerks to occupy ad space. Have not heard back.

Mistake #2: Believing that the stuff would work didn't; no crap literally. Believing that there really are only 47 free trials left. That is always on their ad, probably still is yep just checked.

Mistake #3: Trying to call several times and not writing down exact time in minutes in took them to NOT answer/dates. Getting recording with office hours of 8-5 EST, MON FRI and not immediately NOT CLOSING MY WELLS FARGO BANK ACCOUNT AFTER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR 13 YEARS.

Mistake #4: Believing the order date is the documented date printed on the packing slip. NO they count the calendar days from your internet transaction including holidays and weekends, yet they are only open Mon Fri from 8 to 5 EST (or so they say) & they don't answer the phone (except when your Wells Fargo Claim Guy calls while you are holding on your cell phone).

Mistake #5: After seeing the $88 dollar debit on May 24th that had not cleared bank yet on a Sunday night and knowing that my order date was stated as May 11th called Wells Fargo to submit claim. Talked with friendly agent Marissa who suggested shutting down debit card# and filing claim. Did so. Ask her what else I could or should do like copying order slip with date, calling Wells Fargo Dept and talking to them, etc.

Mistake #6: Believing the friendly Wells Fargo lady when she said you don't need to do anything else, you can't contact the claim department they have to call you. Wells Fargo called me a couple of days later I returned call and talked to the now infamous Raymond.

Mistake #7: Wasting time with Wells Fargo Raymond. First told me that I did not read fine print and what I needed to do was to send the product back. I repeated what had happened. He suggested calling the company I said fine, he put me and my cell phone on hold for a few daytime minutes and sure enough Nature Cleanse answered their phone. I think they must have recognized the Wells Fargo phone# on their caller ID.

Mistake #8: Kim from Nature Cleanse first told me that my order was May 9th I argued that it was in fact May 11th and they (1) did not answer phone (2) sent order on 11th with packing slip that said ORDER DATE: May 11th got product a few days later. She suggested that I just take it up with my bank because all she could give me was an email address and a fax number. She also told me that they could not take back unused product. Since Raymond from Wells Fargo did not speak up, I pressed her to get a supervisor.

Mistake #9: Getting in contact with supervisor & holding on cell phone to talk to Todd the Toilet-Trained-At-Gunpoint- Nature-Cleanse-Customer-Service-Supervisor who flatly told me (on my dime, my cell phone) that I needed to quit talking and listen. He conveniently told me that if I had indeed called back on May 26th (14 days from May 11th order + Memorial Day Holiday) that he would have even then refunded money (we are assuming, of course, that they would actually answer phone). I told him that was a moot point because I had already called bank and filed claim and in reality they had just called him & were on the line. I explained that after trying to get in touch with them and failing that I had filed claim and been instructed to do nothing else one day short of their infamous 14 day trial. He informed me that I was shifting responsibility to the bank that I should have continued to call on May 26th and cancel he also told me that if I had held the line more than 10 minutes, they would have left me an email address to send cancellation to. That is (1) bull (2) very convenient to say when you are talking on May29th due to customer's bank mis-advice and have nothing to lose because now it is way too late for the consumer to do anything.

Result: Score one for Toilet Todd he successfully shifted responsibility from his defective product and poor customer service department along with the wrong instruction from Wells Fargo (Raymond didn't speak up here, either) to me duped consumer.

Mistake #10: Letting Raymond from Wells Fargo chime in and politely thank Todd for his time. Then Raymond told me that I did not have a claim because the merchant had upheld their end of the bargain and I would lose. I asked Raymond to get the phone recording that they supposedly make when you file a claim where Marissa from Wells Fargo instructed me to do nothing, because the bank will take it up with the merchant. I then asked Raymond to get that recording and give that to his supervisor and ask them to call me. After doing business with Wells Fargo for 13 years I at least wanted them to know exactly what was going on and get a supervisor's opinion before I left the bank for good.

Mistake #11: Thinking that Rachelle, Raymond's supervisor would actually take responsibility for what their employee had told me to do nothing. She eloquently agreed that the Nature Cleanse outfit was a scam but unfortunately, VISA would not be able to represent me in this claim. She did have much more professional business acumen and aplomb than young Raymond did; however, the outcome was the same I wasted $88. Rachelle did agree that she needed to talk to the Marissa who instructed me erroneously to do nothing. Sounds like responsibility was shifted here as well.

Outcome: I am still have toxic symptoms, have wasted about 3 hours today in addition to losing the $88 that I don't owe these clowns. I am closing out all 3 accounts with Wells Fargo after 13 years, writing another letter to Fox News, turning this into the BBB. I feel like I have been let down by all 3 entities. I am spending the time in writing this so I can hopefully keep someone else from (1) believing that Fox News doesn't sell ad space to thieves (2) losing money to these Nature Cleanse/Pure Nutrient scam artists & (3) taking direction from Wells Fargo involving these types of claims.

Seems to me that there is "honor among thieves" and "shifting responsibility" is the new term for scam artists and electronic banking theft.
